The first conversation, worked
Your ad says customers arrive with ambitious, often fuzzy goals, and names one: make customer service cheaper and better. This is that first conversation, worked into a brief an engineer could start on Monday. The finished brief is already on the page, and you can replay the conversation that produced it.
Worked example with an illustrative client. The 84 percent figure is Fractional's own published case-study result.
The client: a PE-owned e-commerce group in EMEA, the kind of company your investors now send you.
This page, the research behind it and the CV were built by me with Claude Code, the toolchain I would overuse at Fractional. Sources: your site, your case studies, your Ashby board.
Why this fits
The four-part hybrid is my CV, not a stretch
Engagement manager: at Brixel I owned the UBS and Baloise partnerships as the bridge between senior client stakeholders and the product team. Product manager: at Ifolor I owned e-commerce with C-level reporting and shipped measured conversion gains. Delivery: at Die Mobiliar I took MVPs from idea to market, Smide, XpertCheck, Lizzy. Operator: on WePractice's founding team I helped build a health venture from zero into a funded, staffed company. The numbers behind each receipt are in the CV below.
Overuse AI is already my default
At Swiss Post I lead AI-driven business development: sizing opportunities, prioritised roadmaps with KPIs, build-versus-buy calls, concept to launch. On my own time I ship with Claude Code: Pedal Peak, a live cycling platform I built and run end to end, and smedium, where I automate AI workflows for small-business clients. You would not need to teach me the tools; you would point me at customers.
The honest read: I am not in Dubai yet
My partner and I are planning the move to Dubai. The decision is made, the move has not started, and I am available with notice. Your Dubai office is itself just being founded, so the timelines can meet. I would rather tell you this in the first minute than have it surface in an interview.

About me
I live in Zurich. When I was between jobs last year I bikepacked through Togo and Benin, came home, and built products nobody had asked me to build. That is the operator setting your ad calls "do whatever it takes". Nobody handed me a brief for those; I wrote my own.
Your ad warns that the pace is intense and that it is possible I will not like it. I read that part twice and applied.
Outside work: cycling above everything, plus tennis, diving and cooking.
